The Study America Series is a cost-effective event to help you reach both schools and families in Hong Kong, Macau and southern China, as well as raise awareness of your institution’s brand and programs.

IIE invites accredited colleges and universities to join our Study America Promotion Series: MBA & Business Studies in Hong Kong from May 14 to June 22, 2012 (6 weeks).
How will your institutions and programs be promoted?
- Direct reach to schools in Hong Kong, Macau and southern China: IIE/HK will E-mail the MBA & Business Studies event pamphlet that includes your institution’s profile and programs listing, to school counselors and teachers at over 700 schools in Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China, including targeted top local and international schools.
- Outreach to students and parents: Targeted emails, including your institution’s program listing and URL to thousands of students and parents in Hong Kong, Macau and southern China who have attended past IIE events and are actively seeking to study abroad.
- Media coverage: Press releases to be sent to local Chinese and English media, including your institution’s profile and programs listing
- Online Presence: Inclusion of your school’s logo, profile and programs on IIE/HK’s official website and Facebook page.
- Promotion at IIE’s Central center: Display of your program materials at IIE’s centrally-located center, open to the public .
- Optional Extras (additional cost, please refer to the fees table below):
- Themed talks by individual schools: If you travel to Hong Kong or elsewhere in Asia in spring 2012, you can supplement your recruitment plans by giving a presentation at IIE/HK, at a discounted rate (10% off), to Hong Kong students on your institution’s programs
- Advertisements placement: IIE/HK will assist your institution in placing advertisements in local publications.

We consider the following 3 degree programs as separate programs:
- Undergraduate degree: Certificate, Diploma, Associate, Bachelor
- Masters degree: MBA, Executive MBA
- Research degree: Doctorate, PhD
Example 1:
If your institution wants to promote the Undergraduate and Research Degree programs. That will be considered as first program + one first additional programs. The participation fee will be: $ 650 +$ 450 = 1100
Example 2:
If your institution wants to promote the Undergraduate, Masters and Research Degrees programs. That will be considered as first program + one first additional programs + 2nd additional program. The participation fee will be: $ 650 +$ 450 + $ 300 = 1400
Shipment of Materials
- Participating institutions should arrange the shipment of 40 sets of materials directly to IIE/HK for display at IIE’s center.No representation is necessary.
- Materials should be received by May 11, 2012 to the following address:

| 2. Institution-specific seminar (1 hour) |
$600/ seminar (10% discount off standard rate)
- Includes 1 hour use of IIE’s center including seminar room set-up, and email promotion through IIE’s extensive contact database.
- Institution needs to submit the promotional text (for email distribution) with a title (100 words) 4 weeks prior to the event. IIE/HK reserves the right to edit the text to meet our guidelines.
- IIE can arrange for paid advertisements in local publications at cost plus a 15% administrative fee
- Seating capacity is 15 people. IIE/HK is unable to guarantee number of attendees
