Exhibition Hall M-2/M-3, World Import Mart Building 6 F (in Sunshine City)3-1-3 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku,Tokyo, 170-8630 Access: 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station on JR or Marunouchi Line subway, or 4 minutes walk from Higashi-Ikebukuro Station on Yurakucho subway line.

Who Attends the Fair
About 1,400 visitors attended the Tokyo Fair in 2004. Most were self-sponsored potential undergraduate freshmen, transfers, and graduate students. Tokyo is the center of the world's second largest economy.

Important: Because of the smaller hall capacity this year, Tokyo fair participation will be limited to 50 booths. We are negotiating with non-profit multipliers in Kyoto, and one or two other cities for us to have space for catalog distribution in their study abroad events (one Kyoto event had 900 attendees last year). If we finalize these partnerships, catalog distribution opportunities in these cities will be given to the participants who have completed registration for any two of our fairs in Japan.

Fair Costs
IIE Educational Associates $1,570
Non-Educational Associates $1,650
Literature Distribution Only N/A

Shipping Information
OCS, the IIE's official shipping company for the 2005 fairs, will be sending you the shipping kit after you have registered for our fairs. Since all the fair materials will be stored in the OCS warehouses and delivered directly by OCS to the fair venue, you must read the instructions from OCS carefully to ensure that your materials are received and kept safely, and delivered by OCS in a timely manner.

If for some reason you have NOT received this shipping kit, you may email fairs@shipOCS.com or call OCS at 781-933-1130. All instructions, procedures, and rates will be included in the kit.

A taxi from Narita will cost more than 20,000 yen. Airport bus schedule: http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/e/index_route.html
